Once your Return Authorization number is granted, please be sure to state ‘E COMMERCE RETURN’ and the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
If refund is requested within two weeks of receipt, McGINN USA Inc. will credit the purchased amount to card used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If a refund is requested past two weeks of receipt of merchandise, a McGINN USA Inc. check will be processed and mailed to the customer within 7 to 10 business days.
